Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Leaving ADP.

Attempting to leave ADP is another terrible experience. Be aware your HSA, FSA, medical, dental benefits etc will be handled by Health Equity / WageWorks. A more inept and incompetent company with inept and incompetent employees would be difficult to locate. If you can get setup properly be sure and enjoy it as the next login attempt will fail, and the next and the next. This continues for months on end. I have given up and just called the automated line for my HSA balance and make insurance benefit payments over the phone. This companies systems are for sh-t.

Then there are the employees who seem not to have a clue and one even advised me that "it was my computer" causing the problem. Yet another FAIL by ADP management.

Carlos and ADP upper management should be ashamed.

What does bitterness have to do with having a bad experience? If you have a bad experience, you tend to be bitter. Duh.

And I've known people who have tried different computers and different browsers, myself included, and we still have problems. ADP, step up to the plate and solve this!

You sound very bitter. Trying a different computer or different browser might help. It also helps your argument should you need to call in again.

Commodore 64? Come on, get real. The bottom line is that leaving ADP is indeed a nasty experience. By then, once you've left, why should the company care about you? You left, so goodbye. ADP is too busy trying to make money and laying people off. So leave, just leave and leave the company alone.

Maybe a computer update in is order. Im pretty sure your old Commodore 64 will not work with todays technology.
