500 million for tech but what about the people?

Just saw an article with Paul being interviewed and him claiming that RJ is going to invest 500 million in tech. My question is if things are so good why isn't RJ investing in people, why are there still 500 plus job openings. I hear that RJ IT has a very bad reputation with head hunters and employment agencies and many new hires leave within a month or two. To bad Paul let 550 people go just 18 months ago claiming for the survival of the company. Great job Paul.

Bella and Vin are just here to get their millions and show off their expensive cars. They don't care about any of us or that we deliver good tech for our FAs and clients. They just care about making themselves look good and their huge bonuses. I've been here in RJ IT for over 10 years and this place gets worse every year since Bella and Vin arrived.

I worked for RJ for 10 years…long enough to realize this company does not care about its people. It’s a joke at this point, the good “name” has played out and it’s just another kitty litter location , that why we called it the “shi!! -kitty”. This place sucks and IT is a joke. Run while you can, if you still can…before VIN and the German steal your soullll!!!!!

The tech will replace the people. Thats the plan. Save your dollars for when there are no more jobs because everything is done with AI

I remember work, work, play. I remember Tom James walking the halls and knowing nearly everyone he bumped into. I'm willing to bet a paycheck that Bella has never even met a front line worker. She speaks from the ivory tower. Vin and Andy aren't much better. Has Paul ever even been to Tower 1 or 2 even before Covid?

Paul, Bella, Vin and Andy will just bring vendors and pay double/triple what they would pay an employee. Bob James wouldn't recognize the company he founded and would be embarrassed he let his son agree to what is happening. Wonder if anyone remembers the "work, work, play attitude" of years gone by. Today it's "work, work, work"
