Did someone remember to remove the MCAS software from Starliner before liftoff?

I do wonder if they outsourced the flight management system to $10 an hour programmers in India. Maybe the Clearance level would not allow them to do that would be the only reason they wouldn’t.
Chinese airlines are aggressively removing MCAS from all their fleets and increasing COMAC's C919 backlog in leaps and bounds. There should be a very sizeable pre-used 737Max market for Alaska, American, Southwest and United to advantage before too long.
