The increase in pressure on employees is very obvious. Expectations from employees are more than unrealistic.
That’s the only reason the layoffs surprised me, given how many people are leaving here because they can’t take the whole atmosphere anymore. Obviously leadership thinks attrition is not enough?

Unrealistic expectations= staff leaving on their own = less payouts from the company
As long as the fat cats at the top keep making millions a year they have no care for much else. Ohana my A$$
