I am expected to wear multiple hats and I’m sick of being pulled in one hundred directions while working in our store. I feel like when I first started working in a very small company where I also had to be involved in everything that was going on there. Doing too many things at once can only lead to burnout.

Lol - try being an operations manager that actually worked and cared while fellow ASM’s and a store manager sat either in the office / training room or break room just watching videos all day or eating !
Step down and away from any added tasks and responsibilities. Don't let them play you out. Are you going to throw your back out downstocking 97 toilets and top stocking them on other side of store bc your sniveling DM wants it done by noon? Please put yourself first. Slow down and make that easy money. Are the new hires pulling their weight? If not make yourself very minimal..don't be that go-to employee they always pi-p out. Stop submitting to their pressure tactics. Develop a non approachable body language and facial expression. Take control of your life..do the minimum and take the money. Go home happy and healthy..end of lesson.
