Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Payoffs, bullying and paycuts at Montrose

Payoffs last year, at least 4 employees suspended for bullying this month, 2 of which are lead hands and now shift allowance cuts. Does anyone really want to work here? How long before somygoes to the press about the bullying? Howuch bullying actually went on?

Aberdeen was given a hiding it will never forget for reasons you will never know. Lost work, lost jobs and lost their office. BHGE wants to shut this mess down and pull out and that's the right thing to do.

No different to other BH sites.
They have cut so much meat off the bone they can’t cut anymore, so the only thing left to do is bully the remaining Chumps into working more & more to fill the gaps & fire fight the best they can.
Call them out if you need to; they won’t have the guts to fire you, since there’s nobody left to support them if they do.
Chin up Champ's, we all know which way the wind is blowing.

Very much a bullying culture, and not just in the workshop. Services especially. Terrible culture they have there, all the right words like support you etc etc etc - scratch beneath the surface though and it’s a different story.
And it comes from the top down. Horrendous
