When will the company realize that their greatest investment is in their people? Without the great minds you have nothing. Sad to see the company slide so much in the past 15 years.
Literally my office is led by knuckleheads that don’t have the right capabilities to effectively lead. They surround themselves with yes people and then given a pass by HR to move on and lead other groups and slowly ki-l them. While their careers are primed, others’ are ki---d.
It will get to a point of no return.
