Too many people are deciding to quit at a time when the job market is starting to slow down drastically. What's happening here? Ion is not the best workplace but it's not the worst either. I can't understand why so many people are willing to risk their futures when nothing out of the ordinary is happening.

This has to be a joke, but there are few opportunities out there and it appears a recession is likely to happen around the end of summer or early fall, unless The Fed can pull off the greatest policy maneuver the US has ever seen.
The sad part is that the Ion executives will retire to their summer homes living off of their golden parachutes. It's the line workers and junior management that are going to get hurt in all of this.
