ADP is a terrible company to work for. They do not care about their employees. They will lay you off at the drop of a hat! You are nothing more than a number. The priority is to their stockholders...not to the employees. They will work you to the bone and then get rid of you depending on the direction the wind blows. So shameful!

Precise case of "do as I say, not as I do"......one of the worst, slave labor companies out there.....avoid at all costs!

I think that this "research institute" is just a propaganda gimmick designed to give ADP increased credibility for outside consumption. The name sounds nice and gives the impression that ADP is doing serious work to improve things. But it is not. The work that is done at the research institute does not go anywhere in any solid manner. It is just for show.

Besides, ADP already knows the correct formula for success - LAYOFFS, and doesn't need any research done to prove this.
