Every of the three years I've been here has been pure he-l for me. I've never worked in such a toxic culture before so that was a shock. Then there's the fact that the workload keeps increasing and nobody gives a damn that it's no longer possible to do everything in time. No wonder my anxiety and depression have never been worse.

Anyone thinking ELT would be empathetic clearly hasn't reviewed their history of acquiring companies and gutting them for profit. ELT has no empathy- don't expect any. Doesn't matter if you have been at Citrix 10, 15+ years THEY DONT CARE unless you fatten their already fat wallets.
Citrix pulls a lot of funny business.
"decline of Citrix" and "my skills are not current" might have some correlation
People who are not leaving and “despise this place” behind closed doors for three years are a part of a toxic culture. Just saying…
You're not alone. I've been at Citrix for 10+ years, and like many that have already commented here, I'm afraid to leave because my skills are not current and it's difficult to find a new employer that will hire me. I'm interviewing, but no takers so far.
FYI, the culture wasn't always this bad. But it has impacted my mental health. I've reached out to my family for support and encouragement. Meanwhile, I'm very sad about the decline of Citrix. I had such high hopes that the ELT would be empathetic. They don't care.
