my bro was laid off yesterday - got one week severance - i asked him to inquire about WARN act pay which should be 60 days of pay... it didn't appear as if he was getting that, but seems he should...
1 week for each year you have worked there. If you haven’t worked a full year it is just a week. If you worked 1 year 11 months it is just 1 week.
