Never forget that you are just a number on some bean counter's spreadsheet.
It means company needs to show better profit margin, so cost cutting is the key. Slow hiring, limiting travels/events, (and cutting headcounts). Salesforce did it once in 2020 despite stellar quarter, it will do it again, as the dust settles.
