Anyone recently joined Lenovo and seriously regretting your choice? The large workload, the lack of process, anyone thinking of joining Lenovo, be careful they just push you in the deep end. Please tell me I am not the only one feeling this way

You describe Lenovo perfectly. No process. It's always the dismissive, "You're smart, figure it out." If you start to get overwhelmed, prepare to be mocked and made fun of by those who out-rank you, further frustrating and angering you with their arrogant hubris. It seems to be a sport with them.
Start searching for other jobs now. You will regret staying for any length of time. I certainly do.
