Pay the people. If not, refuse to train or let your licenses expire. Let these pieces of s**t start using staffing companies to operate their PE.

yeah i have 10,000 spotters. people love spotting. people love standing near the blockers instead of walking down an adjacent aisle.
i have managers who can't operate power equipment. i have no plans to recertify, there is absolutely no reward for taking a huge risk operating power equipment.
maybe everyone should be licensed before they hit the floor? i'm scared and not comfortable too, but somehow i manage to do it.
Still don't know that PE is, but assume it is that machine that goes up and down.
Definitely folks certified to use it, and who DO use it, should be paid more. It's more responsibility and more skill. Simple.

scared uncomfortable but mainly LAZY. They are hiring kids who refuse to do anything but stand around or hide. And these kids are paid the same or higher than veteran CSAs. Mgmt replies with "oh but their not comfortable driving" ..My answer to that is "oh, well why did you hire them s**t for brains?" Veteran CSAs need to stop jumping on PE when these new hires refuse to learn.
moz+1gNtSLh8 must the csa that's says they are uncomfortable or scared to operate the PE . They won't operate the PE but doesn't hesitate to get someone to do the job they are getting paid to do.. It should be mandatory before you come to the floor you should be trained on all of the PE to do your job. So we can do our jobs and not get stop three or four times a day to pull their products
