We need no layoffs, we do need more nurses. Just look at the current nurses and how exausted they are - you'll realize that we need more nurses and we do not need any job cuts. If you have an MBA degree that's fine for running a bank but you cannot use this to run a healthcare organization. Look around - we need more nurses
