Raytheon Missile Systems experiencing MASSIVE attrition rates with engineers and staff

BWAHAHAHAHAHA - GOOD! F that company. Looks like the mo--ns in HR are sending out surveys to those currently employed as to why people are leaving and what they can do... d-mbasses... the horse left the barn and the barn is burning.

Its the Great Raytheon QuitOff! Everyone join in and walk out on the same day...once you've found a follow-on position of course ;)

It’s every business unit, Pratt is being gutted because these people don’t want to pay. Losing talent left and right. Good on them, old Greg can pat himself on the back and hire as many minorities as his little heart desires.

"Atlas Shrugged" and that caused a Raytheon Attrition. They are going to all leave and form a High Tech community in Iceland.

Between the way they handled COVID and this Wokeness nonsense, what did you expect? Employees are only going to take so much of the politically motivated culture before they flip the bird and leave.

McKinney is SAIS or whatever it’s called yes. The Dallas plant is missile systems. Has been since I started here many years ago. Tucson is the “main” RMS plant but this one in Dallas is the red headed stepchild of RMS. Most of the equipment is outdated, and don’t even get me started in the management style. Anyway, yes Dallas is RMS and McKinney is the SAIS.

RMS is in Tx also? Thought they were strictly in Tucson and Mck and Dallas is SAIS or whatever the new combined BUs are called.

Whoever said there is “lots” of business coming in is full of sh-t. I work in the floor making the parts and we have seen a major shift to having things outsourced as well as a lowered amount of parts that we normally run. So say we usually run 30 part #123. Basically all year we only run 10. And that applies to multiple part numbers. The amount we have been doing is about 1/3 of what it usually is. If you ask a manager or vsl they always say the same thing. The work load is heavy/work is coming. It’s a crock. People are leaving because the moral sucks, people can do poor work and leave for others to do and there are no consequences. People are also keen to things/moves happening inside this building/division and know that the way things are ran isn’t sustainable and are leaving before the house of cards is knocked over. Also. People in here need to be more specific about which facility they’re referring to. As RMS has multiple plants. The one I work in is in Dallas. Not the McKinney plant.

Very confusing. Another post said admins were let go at RMS. Then another one said there is lots if business and no layoffs.

One would ask, why just Raytheon Missile Systems? This "merger" has affected all of Rayturd.
