The SIMS system is a good idea, but the problem is execution. How do they seriously expect the associates to maintain this when every store is understaffed and everyone is running around like headless chickens, trying to get things done? It’s simple, they can’t. So another program becomes a sh*t show because of the decisions made by upper management? So where’s the accountability for this mess? That’s not for them, that’s for you. Accountability isn’t something the people at the top experience, that’s just for you. The fact that the stores can’t maintain this is because you’re lazy, not because your store isn’t staffed.
My night team scans stuff in, day side just pulls it down and never checks it out. Done power downstocking and even after scanning everything out, had a bay in cleaning with over 100 items still supposed to be in topstock. It's like that all across the store.

This pc. Of doodo was failed from the beginnings he like any other Lowe’s process.
Nobody trained somebody for someone to use it but didn’t show the someone so nobody knows who to train again !

Merchandise on sims says isle #4 electrical - but the merchandise has NEVER BEEN on that isle - home vs. selling locations ALL JACKED UP !
