How can a company function without integrity, honesty, or transparency? It can't, and Citrix is the best example of that. The lack of those three key qualities has left us in the position we're in right now. I don't expect to see anything change unless there are some major changes in the company culture, which, let's face it, is unlikely to happen.

Perfect match for the largest tax cheat in US history!
Someone should ask Nanci Caldwell, Lead Independent Director, what the board did (if anything) to avert the current leadership crisis. Or, were they duped like the employees?
The ELT lies and talks in generalities, ignoring their prior mistakes, then fails to offer any credible explanation for why people (customers and employees) should believe them.
Show me one leader on the ELT who admits their failures, takes responsibility and describes a believable way for Citrix to recover from its current culture crisis. Just one.
