My manager (recently promoted to Director because he cried) will listen in to our conversations and log into the computers to babysit us! My coworker stated it allows him to go fishing because his computer shows our screens and NOW that they let us have teams on our personal phones, he logs into his phone from the lake. They need to lay his A55 off again!! So worthless... he is just lip service 😂😂🤣

Management most certainly can use administrative permissions to log into a virtual machine to pull up and see your actual screens. The managers who do this have some personality and mental problems. Don't worry... their days are numbered and will soon be let go because they can't perform. It's one big circle j3rk .
I call bu-----t. I don't doubt that your boss might go fishing or use his phone to stay connected to work. But logging into your machine is just not happening. Your obviously not technical or you would know that. They don't have to log into your machine to know what you are doing. They have software running that tracks every keystroke, every app, every chat.

We can definitely say that we have every inch of the hard times to come, coming to us! We have unleashed a capitalistic corporate machine upon the globe for a half century while we all turned our heads and worried about the next flavor of the month and working "hard" for what really? Now the chickens are coming home to roost. Some of is have seen this coming and perhaps tried to spread the word, even though most just scoffed at us, called them "negative" etc....Now we just shake our heads and go stroll in our gardens. Onward and downward. Allergy to reality

Your manager sounds like they understand the assignment. They must be pretty confident their team can handle all the work and they are not required to manage anything. From my experience, the higher up they go, the less work they do unless they are a control freak and don't trust someone to do work...those type would definitely not be logging in as you, they would instead be telling you what to type, say and do...
Not sure why it is smart of them to use their phone as well as it sounds like, based on your statement, if they just log in as you, they show busy all day? I will deduct 2 pts for that mistake, otherwise I give them 8 out of 10.

In most real countries, this behavior is illegal. In the US empire, employees have very few if any real labor rights. We're simply debt and tax slaves to disgusting capitalistic corporations
