Interesting reading. Neil saunders given a $610k retention bonus to stay until end of the year. Means on of two things - he was going to leave, or come end of year he’s out and OFE will be part of the new OFSE business unit.
Some so called leaders should be worried in OFE….

It all starts at the top and sh-t rolls downhill. Lorenzo was a GE puppet and couldn't run the transportation division. Placed atop of BKR and the rest is history. Enjoy the bumpy ride to complete mediocrity
@jbj+1gMLyZoy. Yep - Baker Hughes were such a success story until that nasty old GE came along.
Get a grip Lad - part of the problem is that we have adopted Baker ways, OTT Baker Bureaucracy, & don't even get me started on the internal systems.
We thought nothing could go wrong - surely all plain sailing with our new partners, but now we are bloated with a non productive Army, supported by fewer & fewer actual productive Staff, & being lead by dinosaurs who wouldn't cut it in any other industry.
May the Lord have mercy on our souls.
Oooh consolidation! More Cost Out Initiatives. Start running to the lifeboat.
Hopefully we clean house on the GE turds
