I am horrified to see how much this place is stuck in the past. Doesn't leadership see the need to adapt to new trends?

No need in their minds. What they were doing pre pandemic was brilliant and all the amazing pandemic sales numbers were due to their brilliant plan. Lol right. The hubris is amazing. They are gonna run this thing all the way into the ground laughing as they cash stock options out. Enjoy the ride peeps
