Aren't we due another restructuring? That seems to be the main tool management uses when they need to pretend they're doing something.

Why so they can give full time department heads more responsibility and say they can’t pay more because of the economy? Then brag about how good sales during the summer and holiday but at the same time cut our hours.
Restructure what? Company is losing people daily. Nobody is taking a job here with the wages they pay.
It certainly has a better ring to it than layoffs.
