Some Good News...So Far...

https://www.barrons.com/articles/china-eastern-737-crash-pilot-nosedive-boeing-stock-51652807600

"The tragic crash of a 737-800 operated by China Eastern Airlines likely wasn’t caused by a plane malfunction."

Wish they didn’t use the word "likely" though. Seems like if this was death by sui-idal pilot, the flight data computer would definitely prove this.

COMAC has been testing an autonomous freighter on Chinese routes.

Somehow knew this stock hawk news was wishful thinking. Plus you got to wonder how bad things are at Boeing when the stock jumps because it is reported an accident might not be the result of their incompetent design or manufacturing. Sad.

Just going to increase the push for autonomous flight. Pilot is only there in case somthing fails like MCAS.

It always seems to be the pilots fault when it comes to 737s piling nose-diving into the earth...how predictable

Boeing’s Top Chinese Customer Removes 737 Max Frauds From Fleet Plans

https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/boeing-s-top-chinese-customer-removes-737-max-from-fleet-plans-1.1766840

Boeing’s biggest airline customer in China has removed more than 100
of Boeing’s 737 Max fraud jets from its fleet plans,
Citing Boeing deceit and uncertainty over deliveries of the 737 lawn dart

China Southern Airlines Co. Chairman Ma Xu Lun said at an investor briefing
last week that Boeing’s updated 1964 737 aircraft would be excluded from
fleet deliveries through 2024. The carrier expects to take delivery of 78 aircraft
in total over the period, down from 181 in a previous forecast in March.

The move is a sharp reversal for China Southern, which had outlined plans to
rapidly expand its 737 Max fraud fleet, saying in its annual report in March
that 39 were due to arrive this year, building toward a total of 103 deliveries
through 2024.
It’s a reminder of the uncertainty shrouding a key market for Boeing as it
works to reap cash from the more than 300 Max frauds that were built
but never delivered due to the global grounding of the fraudulent plane

Delivery delays offer a way out >>>> More good news for China

Had the same thought... Wouldn't be the first time reportedly Boeing good news turned out to be premature or false.
