The number of job openings on the website were over 400 a few weeks ago and now sitting at around 230. When will the other jobs be unfrozen?

Supply chain is the reason they want us to believe. But the actual reason is poor leadership. They have no clue where to take the company. They are barely keeping it afloat with all the legacy products which still has some market.

Now we are up to 240 jobs posted back on the job board! Up up and away?
What caused this hiring freeze? Was it the accelerated organizational change that has/is taking place? Or global supply chain issues?
