Everybody is tired of being treated like cr-p and not being recognized for the good work we've been doing. I'm noticing that more and more good employees are leaving. If this continues, our store will be left just with lazy brown nosers, and I'd love to see how well it will continue to function in that case. CVS is in for a rude awakening.

CVS knows people are walking and they don’t care one bit. Their priority is money above all else.
The message from CVS has and will always be that you are 100% replaceable. They will allow the best of the best to resign without any 2nd thoughts to hold on to them.
Hopefully they will soon realize good quality people have better options and will no longer work for such a horrible company.
Lack of staffing creates poor experiences in stores which will translate to loss of
PBM clients and then they will wake up and only then.
Engagement survey is coming so ensure you tell them exactly how they doing!!
