The 'Transformation' will make a few people a LOT of money. Employees and shareholders, not so much. Mgt writes their own goals, then award themselves cash and/or stock bonuses for working (not always meeting) their goals.
I’ve never heard so many words used to say so little. These guys put politicians to shame. If Lashier and Erfert are the future of P66 then god help it.
It sounded like we don’t know what we want to change but we’re going to change just to be changing.

So...what was said this morning?
It’ll be a line of bull about how great the Transformation is going to be and how much money it is going to make for the company. It’s not going to be great and it’s not going to make us any money.
It’ll be who in the audience can ask the biggest suck up questions.
Maybe, but I assume in typical P66 management fashion, responses will be vague and defer to the future.
