Recently, EAP was placed back under Behavioral Solutions who had a major layoff in December 2019. They have middle managers and leadership team that have been member centric and recently presented their very clinical approach to Behavioral solutions. They have lost accounts to other eap programs who offer the bare bones and don’t have licensed clinicians. They are now looking at ways to reduce talk time and serve members administratively. It seems there will be cuts and layoffs and wondering is anyone in the know may have additional information.

More hustlers and hucksters vying to make tons of dollars off of the sick and infirm?! How vile
As I mentioned in another post, Optum Health (Rally Health) is being or already has been acquired by Red Ventures. RV will strip Optum to the bone and crush anyone's soul who is left. This is what they do.
