What's with all of the new technical program manager roles being posted all of the sudden?

No one wants to do the dirty work of keeping all of this sh-t together, understood and trackable esp the people managers and team leads
TPMs (good ones) should hold out for big bucks to want to work in this environment
Prob because the mgrs are dealing with attrition and morale issues which puts the pressure on tpms. TPMs are left with the bag and they are saying - I’m outta here!
Plus you throw OKR nonsense into the mix and that pushes them over the top. I know many more top level TPMs who are days away from resigning

Most of the TPM folks left.
They know as the best, inside out, first hand that the company's technology is all pigs with lipstick.
And those still arround ar looking too leave asap.
