It's been a few weeks since the layoffs and I'm still unable to fully relax. I hate when we're blindsided with cuts, with no prior warning. Now I'm constantly worried and thinking if next week could bring more cuts we don't know about. I miss the times when working at Colgate meant having job security.

Any idea if more layoffs are coming?
CP has the worse leadership in HR. That is a big part of the problem. Very little support for employees and a group of people in HR that should retire or leave the company so fresh perspectives can come in. People stay too long in some of these leadership roles.
Based on the last earnings and shareholders calls, I suspect much more difficult times are ahead. I'm not sure anyone should be relaxing.
Agree. I know many from our division were let go on March 30. We don’t even know who was affected yet….
Hard to feel comfortable and productive when people around you are dropping like flies.
