Frankly, with things being the way they are and with guaranteed one or two major rounds of layoffs per year, along with the numerous smaller rounds, I'm shocked more people are not leaving. I think the leadership has no idea just how lucky they are and how easily their luck can run out. I'm leaving in a week but I'll be watching to see how this plays out.

Leave because they don't reward loyalty! Don't be a su---r and think you are safe from outsourcing and layoffs.
I was waiting years for a package but it never came. Dept was in such disarray they need to keep people who know what they are doing.
Seeing a lot more long time employees that have moved on to new companies. Shocked when I go into LinkedIn and see all the updates.
