150 layoffs this week.....EF is losing his mind, he decided to staff up over the past few months hiring execs from Amazon, Fed Ex and now he has to reverse by cutting 5M in costs. Poor decisions, org changed only to change direction weeks later, Variant is dumpster fire as he sends everyone out the door. Prepare for the brand to fail. Leaders have zero trust and unable to drive any sort of improvement.
