For over a year RJ has had on average over 500 open positions. As fast as they hire, someone leaves. Sometimes it's the newly hired having discovered how difficult a work place RJ is in certain IT areas. Yes I am one of those let go and yes I am bitter and yes I truly enjoy seeing HR having such a great time in filling positions. RJ has a very bad reputation in the IT department thanks to Vin, Bella and Andy. Can't get enough of those 3. I still have many contacts at RJ and most of them just lay low, do the minimum needed to collect a paycheck.

Morale in IT is the lowest I have ever seen. I've been with RJ nearly 20 years and yes I am still here. I'm hanging on for a bit more to get to Medicare. I lay low, do nothing outstanding, just collect my pay and benefits and build my retirement. Nobody young around here either
This week I saw a copy of the tracking sheet the SVPs are using in IT for who and how often people are in the office. Bella, Vin and Andy are tracking in the office! Typical with everything else in this horrible IT department. Everyone be warned they are tracking us. No wonder no one wants to work at RJ.
