The turnover at corporate is out of control. Don't believe me, go to the career site to witness all the corporate jobs. It is bad right now and the folks still hanging on are tried of covering 3 or 4 roles at once. Whole teams have quit in corp! What is happening?

I believe it. Extremely demanding jobs, high turnover rate, poor communication,trickles down to divisions and stores.
Layoffs are coming to Divisions. Sad but true.
Turnover is due to rigid 1980’s style of management. Pay is low, no increases after year 3 and no merit comp, bonuses - nada! The growth of this company is what will ultimately end this company. Bad decisions everywhere!
