A mass exodus is underway. The best ones are gone. Those who are still here are looking for opportunities to leave this place as soon as possible. What is CDK waiting for? Does the leadership really think it will be easy to replace all these people? It's a shame what this company has become.

ADP was a decent company to work for, although a very old school company, you at least felt part of a team. When it was "spun off" it felt like all the air was let out of the sails and total collapse was imminent. The best employees were let go and chaos reigned. Then the layoffs began, hundreds at a time, time after time. Brian McDonald was brought in to begin the demolition process, liquidating employees that know what they are doing and leaving the chaff behind. Brian's back and now its the chaff's turn, and the bleeding continues. Very sad situation for the employees and customers of CDK (stupid name, I guess they figured it would not be around much longer so why make a good name) If your still there, take the hint. Sad.
This is a straight up lie or keep loop fool.
What is CDK waiting for? They're waiting for as many as possible to leave on their own before they have to spend money on redundancies.
The real question is, what are YOU waiting for?
Buyouts often mean layoffs and change.
It's a risky and unpredictable time for employees.
Ride it out, or move somewhere more stable. The choice is yours.
Hedge fund effect ..... staff are afraid ... layoffs in sight ....
