We don't need to figure out why the schedule keeps being affected. We need more engineers and less wondering by clueless program management!

Getting tired of this bull. PMO created this fiefdom and what has happened?! Nothing, but a lot more wasted time, wasted money, not enough engineers, ba----g heads into the wall, and people like me who are not going to take it anymore.
Usually it's Sales pumping the threads here, sounds like Engineering this time.
They're trying to justify their existence.
When a business suffers financial problems, accountants think the fix is more accountants. Same with PM bozos. Difference is accountants can at least identify what fixes are necessary. PMs can't do anything useful.

Agile meetings. Now there’s an oxymoron.
Getting ridiculous. Probably if you RIF most PMs, hardly anyone will notice a difference and it may improve the workflow/happiness.
