If you work at DST expect more cuts in the future. Everyday management is trying to cut costs, which is easier than deriving new revenue and clients in this recession. I squarely blame DST's Senior management (AVP level and above) actions since 1979 for this. They gave no thought for the future, no thought to industry trends, and felt if they wrestled the internal employees into many hours of extra work the company would thrive. Wrong! DST's board should have replaced the local born management with some from Zurich, Monaco, Paris, London, NYC and Chicago. The local guys didnt cut it at all. So many of our past competitors are now huge and we are dwindling. A sweatshop with layoffs - nothin worse!
