Omaha will do the one thing they've always done and that is nothing. They'll wait till things fall apart and then when they realize something could've been done on their end, they just point the finger at someone

I don’t think they will “let” the wind turn over a train. Lol. As much as they would like, I don’t think they have any control over the weather or wind blowing.
