I think there are way too many factors that create a toxic workplace at Optum so it's hard for me to single out any particular one.

Micromanagement/META
Indian management. They only know how to scream at people and make threats. Apparently that's how things work overseas. It's no surprise that the quality of anything that comes from Asia is utter cr-p.
The most toxic for me is the micromanagement hidden in the disguise of an Agile environment. 2nd runner up is the high school favoritism. The entire corporation in my opinion, which includes UHG, houses a multitude of woke, entitled, arrogant, rude and unprofessional management where the staff follows the lead resulting in a lot of boot licking. That management style is so post 30 years ago America but the Indians still think it works. 😂
Review the leadership backgrounds of ‘leaders’ in your org. Target executives, IT people leading healthcare lol
Look at the populace, it is reflective of The Corporation
