Well - when you got people writing the training who don’t even know how the business works - this is what you get.

Training program is just meant to be pencil whipped so that it looks like all are “trained”. Click click click done next course please!! No time to train. No employees staying to be trained. Hence the situation CVS is in now . It was brought upon by themselves. They are paying the price of years of treating employees as liabilities instead of assets.
