Disgrace of a pay rise

Considering the UK has already had a 1.25% increase in national insurance this tax year, to be handed a 1.7% pay increase is a insult to what we do and all the extra jobs we are having to do to cover others mishaps.

Well done to the person who decided on these amounts, we all know who took this roll on. Hang your head in shame DT

DT could only share out what he was given, every department got a different pot of money, going by what we were told.

Big difference between a 1% increase on a 10% tax rate and 1% on a salary. NI has increased 10% in relative terms
