With the creation of DSPL, DSPL getting phones laptops doing FFL training, by next year FS and RX will be split and report to DL. Complete sep field structures incoming.

Project Transformation announcement call was accidentally sent to DL field management today and then recalled. Was slated for 7/15 announcement.
This is being piloted, not happening everywhere
That’s a whole lot of payroll. Doubtful they’ll add that many field mgrs.
I think what poster is saying is DSSM will become Front store DL (full time role) DSPL will become RX DL (full time role) who reports to current DL, who then reports to RD. The DL burnout rate was alarming and too much for them to do on their own especially when the redistricting happened last year and most DLs saw store count rise. This will give a lot more support to the stores as well.
