Better, worse, or not that different where you sit?

No change. Moral is still low, reorg after reorg has had a significant toll mentally. Most mid career folks that are not high flyers in mid 30s looking for an exit. I believe will larger group of folks will be taking a package the next round it is officially offered.
The amount of work has doubled regardless of how often the the term “simplification” has been mentioned.
Promotion still seems impossible after working as JG5 for 8 years.
No one knows anything in the team because the incontinuity of knowledge after reshape.
Moral is low because of the obvious reasons
