Does Accenture have a lot of MD hires?

ask this question during the next all hands. they will share the % with you, they do not hide this stat
I joined as an MD from the outside, Accenture as a company sucks... leave when you can
MDs are nothing more than experts in other companies...They are all employees with ZERO equity in the business, most have NO P&L responsibilities...
Reason is that you have to be indoctrinated and that takes years. It's like the CCP.
nope, they are mostly folks who get promoted from the inside.
you will find mds who come from outside but they are i'd say in a 10 to 20 percent range.
typically they fall into areas of specialty, stuff that's new or stuff that acn did not have time to develop.
if you look at the operating groups, most mds went the whole analyst/consultant/manager/sr mgr route before making a partner.
