Just out of curiousity, has anyone else been screwed out of their retirement by Intel? :(

The pension is far less generous than it once was. 12% contribution to retirement was the norm. Now its a 5% match. Intel used to want to be the best in comp but now they aspire to be the most average company in tech. HR has really hurt the company.
INTC 42.85
Only in the sense that anyone sitting on a pile of INTC in the hopes of growth has gotten screwed.
I bugged out 4 years ago on rule of 75 because the supply chain was so toxic. Rumor is the supply chain VP was released because of the toxic atmosphere. I heard he's now at another company as a Jr. VP.

Recognized top performer (I got ALL Intel bonuses offered), laid off 2-years before retirement on trumped-up theft charges. (No, I didn't take anything!))

"else" is required, because I am referring to my being screwed out of my retirement. If I leave the "else" out, then the fact I was screwed effectively answers the question "has anyone been secewed" and becomes non-sensical.
You have an extra word "else" in your post, @OP.
You may have blown it, yourself, but Intel didn't.
I left in 2017 with a small pension from the guaranteed retirement fund, not the 401k.
how did they sc--w you? i have read where if a company goes belly up / broke there isnt an obligation to pay this but they cannot change the rules to u once given.
