Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Problems with replacements

If a manager does everything to make an employee's job more difficult, it is quite normal that the employee will leave because of job related stress and pressure. After that they usually hire as a replacement someone who doesn't care about the job or doesn't have sufficient competencies.
Where is the logic in that? Why is Optum so destructive?

why were they so destructive? Bc that's what they do. They did for hundreds of years. Destruction is all they know to maximize their profits. The employees are simply owned dolts with huge debts and taxes to pay for basically nothing in return. Still no universal health care, etc.etc.etc. Just theater for the imbecilic propagandized masses

In the massive mistake, it was a show abt nothing. Diversity theater, woke joke nonsense, inclusions, and other USUK propaganda to the masses who enjoy MSM and being lied to endlessly. Whats the suggestion? Do nothing, minimalism, and get them what they give you. Nothing.

FYI management isn’t competent either. That why they end up with incompetent staff.

I'm going to sum it up for you:

  1. 30's and above are too involved in politics, so detached from the application they are selling it's sickening.
  2. Lack of technical prowess. I have never worked with so many people that can't get to a command prompt or touch type.
  3. Business and competition knowledge. They have never held a 'show and tell' of what the other guy is doing and what we need to do to stay competitive.
  4. They are too busy making their underling look bad to hide their ineptitude to really give a sh-t about the customer.
  5. Using offshore as a solution. No matter how many Indians you hire you can't replace the social skill you learn as being an American. These social skills translate in to sector knowledge and a better product for the American market.
  6. Taling about inclusion and diversity ad nauseam. It will drive you crazy!!!

The culture is so toxic too and that stems from the leadership. Instead of asking people why they are leaving, they are trying to scare people into staying. It’s an awful place to work.

It's cheaper for them... new employees don't have all the benefits that someone with longevity has..... You're better off with CIGNA!
