I'm trying to stay positive but it's getting harder each day. A lot of people are leaving and those who stay don't care about this company anymore. The leadership doesn't have any concrete vision and it seems quite powerless to take advantage of the fact that there are still talented people here. Is TD completely lost?

I work here. I care about our company and our customers. If you want to make a difference, send your thoughts to management. I think that this is the only way to get moving forward on improving the areas you suggest. I share mine and no one has fired me yet. They can use help as much as the next guy (or gal).

@1yhb+1gEDbMRI I suppose you meant an executor. I suggest you look up the word you used originally, and you will find that you actually lobbed a backhanded compliment at the ELT... As they _are_ executioners of sorts: of TD itself... Of people when they RIF...
Sorry to hear that. We don’t have an executioner in the ELT and lower rungs of leadership. They are all talkers just trying to make as much money as they can before they jump or thrown overboard.
