All of NOV’s competitors reported profits in Q1. Can someone explain why this is?

Because NOV is game of thrones internally, no one wins when all the kingdoms are backstabbing each other.
If we are not making profit, why is managers and above still getting bonuses
Poor business model.
Bad cultures + bad market = failure
