I looked at available jobs recently and sent out some applications. I was shocked to see how many openings there are and how high the need for people in our industry is currently. I already have a few interviews lined up. I don't know if anything will come out of it, but just the possibility of leaving Optum fills me with joy.

They seem to have lots and lots and lots of $ for endless imperialistic war though, yet no money for the citizens, Corporate worship, corporate owned
Tons of options out there with much higher pay, respect, and real benies not empty promises that are typical at that place. The paltry pay increases do not even match the massive inflation in the country which is on its way out
For profit health care-$$$ off of the sick and the infirm. usa, usa. Cesspool of corruption, waste, and abuse.
Options are plentiful and most have significantly better pay. Everyone on my team is currently either looking or interviewing.
The no to small pay raises and continued added workload would indicate probably better to look elsewhere.
