When was the last buyout offer? Any chance another one is coming any time soon?

Target criteria includes pension milestone proximity, age, and he/him/his pronouns.
Actually, last voluntary was last year in 2021. This year it will only be in-voluntaries; take it from one that was let go the last week of April. That is Ford’s pattern, and has been for years - one year voluntary packages, the following year involuntary packages.
This year is going to be rough for those that remain; I wish all of you good luck! Of course I would have like to go out on my own terms ( and nearly did put in for retirement November of last year) , but would not be honest if I said I was not expecting this - career GSR almost always go out this way in the end.

Let me help you: ford voluntary separation 2021
The last voluntary packages were in 2020. There is no need to offer them when many people are leaving of their own accord. Hackett made it clear he was not a fan of buyouts and they would not be offered going forward. Besides, the company makes out better when they can target who they want, particularly those about to hit a pension milestone.
