The pattern continues if promoting “favorite pets” to senior positions instead of people that are actually qualified.
Black did it with the recently departed SVP and now Poulton promotes his pet to CFO who has no background to be in that job…

Doubtful. Fierce doesn’t mean competent.
The current Exec Team does everything they can to sc--w the employees.
Multiple sales people have been SCREWED over the years by the new CEO.
But, they continue to get a s_____load of stock from the BOD.
In the 10+ years I was with the company only 1 or 2 "senior leaders' were worth their weight in ex------t.. considering the stable their coming from..my money on useless and will be ineffective..
We shall see.
RP is a flunky from the airlines industry. Useless.
That 'pet,' is pretty damn fierce, though. My money is on her to exceed expectations across the org. Just watch.
